Since its inception, Ramakrishna Technical Education Society’s Shivaji Polytechnic College has always strived to contribute to this cause of nation building.

Given this background, especially in this age of competition in every sphere of life , a country like ours needs to be at the fore-front of technological novelty. It needs engineering professionals with superior technical skills. It is with this focus that RTES has laid the foundation stone of Shivaji Polytechnic College in 2009 . Since the year 2009, the college has proven itself to be one of the best institutes and this is abundantly reflected in the success of its students in academics, in securing admission to top institutions in Maharashtra as well as in securing placement in some of the best companies, and grooming an entrepreneur.

Considering the long term goal of the institute, it is our firm belief that the research activities have also to be given a major thrust and all efforts are being made to enhance the same.
